If I'm right then Huntsman said something like, "他不太了解這些事情。" This translates to, "He doesn't understand these things." (I recently returned from serving as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Taiwan. It was a wonderful experience that brought me closer to my Savior.)
I think, however, that Romney may be onto something. I'm no expert, and I'm not sure, but I have this gut feeling that his desire to take on China and show them we have the courage to hold them to a standard is a really good idea.
